Wash your linen in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle (30-40°C / 86-104°F). For best results, dry naturally in a shaded area. We advise against using a dryer, however, you can iron if necessary (though we love our linen with a natural wrinkled look!). Avoid dry cleaning, as it can weaken the fibers.

SHIPPING POLICY

Since all of our orders are handmade and made to order, production takes 4-8 business days. After that, your order will be shipped:

• Standard Shipping (FedEx Economy): 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping (FedEx Express): 2-3 business days

Holiday Delivery:
Please note that during holiday periods, shipping times may vary due to increased volume and the operating schedules of shipping carriers. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by the shipping agencies are possible and outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding during these peak times.

REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition for a refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 14 business days.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We offer worldwide delivery. Orders over 200 USD include free express shipping; orders under 200 USD have a 10 USD delivery fee.
